What is Click & Collect and Delivery?

Peazi's Click & Collect and Delivery feature allows venues to offer their customers two convenient ways to receive  pre-orders: through collection or delivery. Customers can select their preferred option at checkout, and venues can manage orders easily from their Peazi dashboard.

How does it work?

With Click & Collect, customers can place an order online and collect it from the venue at a pre-determined time. Peazi's lead time feature allows venues to manage the time it takes to create an order. For example, if a venue has no orders at 18:00 and a 20-minute lead time, the earliest collection slot available will be 18:20. Venues can also set limits on the number of order slots available to manage demand.

With Delivery, customers within a select radius can have their orders delivered directly to their door. The lead time feature still applies, but venues can also add a delivery time to the order. For example, an additional 25 minutes could be added to the lead time for delivery, meaning the earliest delivery slot available would be 6:45 pm.
